Standard Admission Process

Our selection framework is designed to ensure that each admitted student demonstrates the academic readiness, personal motivation, and professional potential required to thrive in a globally competitive environment.

Step 1: Application Submission

To activate your application, candidates are required to complete the non-refundable:

Application and Placement Assessment Fee:
IDR 500,000

This fee secures your eligibility to participate in the institutional placement assessment.

Upon payment confirmation, candidates will receive their official assessment schedule.

Step 2: Academic Placement Assessment

The placement assessment is designed to evaluate each candidate’s academic preparedness, analytical thinking, and readiness for higher education.

Assessment Format:

  • On-Campus Assessment: Agung Putra University, APU Campus

  • Online Assessment: Secure Zoom Proctored Session

All candidates are required to comply with the official assessment regulations.

Admission decisions will be released on Monday following the assessment.

Candidates will receive one of the following outcomes:

  • Admission to Interview Stage

  • Non-Admission Decision

Step 3: Academic Interview and Advisory Session

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a formal admission interview conducted by the Academic and Admissions Committee.

This stage includes:

  • Academic readiness evaluation

  • Personal motivation assessment

  • Program alignment consultation

  • Financial and academic advisory session (with parents/guardians)

The interview ensures that each admitted student is aligned with the institution’s academic standards and leadership vision.

Step 4: Admission Offer and Enrollment Confirmation

Successful candidates will receive an official Admission Offer.

To confirm enrollment and secure placement, students are required to complete the Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) according to the following structure:

Enrollment Confirmation Payment:

  • 50% of the total SPI payable within 7 days of admission confirmation

  • Remaining 50% payable following the national university admission announcement period (SNBP/SNBT, approximately August)

Enrollment is officially secured upon completion of the initial payment.

Due to limited program capacity, admission is granted on a selective and competitive basis.

Step 5: Refund Policy

Agung Putra University maintains a fair and transparent financial policy:

  • Students admitted to Indonesian Public Universities (SNBP/SNBT), with official documentation, are eligible for a 30% refund of the SPI paid

  • Students who choose to enroll in other private institutions are not eligible for a refund

This policy reflects institutional commitment while maintaining academic seat allocation integrity.

All payments must be made exclusively to the university’s official bank account:

Step 7: Payment Verification

To ensure proper enrollment processing, students must submit payment confirmation including:
